EVENT SPACE

5150 NW 2nd Avenue is a commercial zoned 3,500 sf structure on a 12,000 sf corner lot, with 8,000 sf private enclosed yard. Upon completion the mixed use rental and co-work multi-media and business incubator facility will be home to four business operations: Mrs Dr. Sebi Café and Tonic Shop, Heritage Yacht Tour and Marine Academy, South Florida International Real Estate (SFIRE), the Professional Dancers Association (PDA), and Foreclosure Forensics.  Each have signed one-year leases. Additional community access classes, workshops, subject matter expert lectures and a host of business supportive services will share the space.  

Total square footage of 11,000 sf mixed multi-media space includes: café, vegetarian food and beverage kitchen. The 8,000 sf outdoor event space is dedicated to programmed events. Indoor occupancy is 150 people, and outdoor space will accommodate an additional 200 for a total of approximately 350 people. 

The interior floor plan is divided into three areas: Copper City Café with an eastern exposure along NW 2nd Avenue. The Café is 1,500 sf with an atrium open lounge. The rear production and performance space is 2,000 sf with 16 ft ceilings, audio, light, sound and DJ booth, and four co-work spaces, conference and dressing room. 

Finishes and buildout of the facility provides guest and patrons with permanently installed television quality multi-media recording equipment, capturing content and live streaming, edit suites and high speed internet.

In addition the 7,000sf private outdoor event space is dedicated to a variety of cultural programs and entertainment events. Occupancy is 150 people indoor, and 200+ people outdoors. Covid-19 safe distance seating accommodates  a total capacity of approximately 350 people.
